Forge, operated by AgileTask OÜ, helps trades professionals manage jobs, records, and on-site guidance. Forge is currently in beta: features may change, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties.
You own the content you put into Forge and are responsible for it. AI-generated guidance is assistance, not professional certification — always follow applicable codes, regulations, and your own professional judgment on site. Safety decisions are yours.
Forge has a free plan with a daily limit on AI actions, and paid plans billed monthly in advance. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and are exclusive of any VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel, and the card on file is charged on each renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If a charge fails we may retry it and suspend paid features until it clears.
You can cancel at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. Because billing is monthly and you can cancel before any renewal, part-used months are not refunded by default. If something went genuinely wrong — you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or the service was unusable — email us and we will refund it. Forge is sold to businesses rather than consumers, so statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply; we offer the above regardless.
No abuse, no attempts to break or overload the service, no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgileTask OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects what you pay or what you get, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use Forge after that means you accept it. If you do not, cancel before the next renewal.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes fall to the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. AgileTask OÜ is registered in Estonia at Narva mnt 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10117.
