Your email address (for passwordless sign-in), your profile details (name, trade, company), and the job records and photos you create in the app. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU, Stockholm region). The app is served by Vercel. Sign-in emails are delivered via Resend. Each processes data only to provide the service.
When you ask the co-pilot a question, the job context you send is processed by Anthropic to generate the answer. When you dictate a note, the audio is sent to OpenAI to be transcribed and is not retained by us once the text comes back. Neither provider trains models on it. Don’t put anything in a job note you wouldn’t want processed this way.
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe, which collects and stores your card details directly. We never see or store a full card number — we keep only your plan, subscription status and billing identifiers.
We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count page views and see which features get used, so we know what to build next. It sets a cookie to recognise a returning browser. We do not record your screen, we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we build no profile of anonymous visitors. To opt out, switch on Do Not Track or block the cookie in your browser.
Your job data is visible only to your account. To export or permanently delete your account and everything in it, email us and we’ll complete it within 30 days.
If this policy changes materially, we’ll notify you by email before the change takes effect.
